Mental Health Services
Our rehabilitation services enlighten youth and adults on their immediate and long term needs and goals, identifies and highlights what their strengths and needs are, and helps to bring resolve to psychiatric symptoms. The focus of the program is to assist the client in identifying and accepting mental health barriers, to help in the establishment of new goals, to improve the understanding of feelings and attitudes, and to support independence and healthy living through the learning of new ways of dealing with problems with the use of psychotherapy and medication management. The purpose of PRP services is to facilitate client’s recovery which includes the individual's ability to make decisions about the individual's life and create opportunities for choice regarding home, work, school, and community.

Substance Abuse Treatment
Restorative Treatment Service has created a substance abuse program has developed to best serve the needs of our diverse clientele on their path to recovery. We offer both individual and group sessions. Our services include:
Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Level 1
Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Services Level 2.1
Partial Hospitalization Programming SUD Services Level 2.5
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programming
DUI/DWI Program
Our DUI/DWI program is an evidence-based alcohol drug education program. Classes are certified to meet the requirements of the courts, probation programs, employers, and the MD Department of Motor Vehicles. We also provide programs for first-time offenders.
